Salad potatoes are not a variety but a diameter. The potatoes with less than 35 mm diameter are qualified as “salad potatoes”. The salad potatoes that Maison Lecouffe is offering are with red or white firm flesh with 20/30, 30/35 et 35/38 diameter.
